India has been studying in Bristol for the past three years but is origionally from London. Her work spans from light installations to drawing. 

The organic beauty of India's Tree Bark Studies capture the intimate swirls and sinues of wood. These large scale drawings have a rythmic pattern to them, recording the different notes creating a musical element. They are on the brink between real form and abstraction. Originally inspired by small details that make up the atmosphere of a woodland, she explored this further. Ultimately creating something unrecognisable at first glance, and at points resembles body parts.
